Identity Automation’s complete rebranding included not just a new logo, a new visual identity, and a new voice, but also plenty of new places to show all of those off: a brand-new website, new print materials, ongoing press releases and other marketing collateral. The website has launched, and I am continuing to help write copy for them as needed.
Before being hired by the nice folks at Loud Dog Media in San Francisco to help with this project, I had never heard of“identity management” enterprise software before. You don’t have to be an expert in a field to know how to effectively market in it, though it helped that we had real experts on hand to explain the nitty-gritty technical material.
